60-Day Exchange

Buying a compression garment online means guessing at fit, and we would rather you guess with us than against us. If your Torvenn tank does not fit the way you expected, email us within 60 days of delivery and we will sort it out.

What this covers

  • A size or fit that does not work for you
  • An item that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The wrong item, size, or color shipped

How it works

Email support@torvenn.com with your order number and a sentence about what is wrong. Photos help for damage or defect claims. We reply within 1 to 2 business days and arrange the correct size with you.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Unannounced returns cannot be traced to your order and cannot be resolved.

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn or laundered. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange rather than cash refund

Fit and change-of-mind requests are resolved with an exchange for the size or color that works for you. We do not issue cash refunds for these requests.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if it never arrived at all, that is a different situation and we will make it right directly.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before they enter fulfillment, which is usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel it if it has not yet moved. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it is still covered by the 60-day exchange above.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 days of shipping, email us. We will trace the shipment and resolve it with you.

Questions

If anything here is unclear before you order, email support@torvenn.com. We would rather answer a sizing question now than arrange an exchange later.
