Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

All orders ship free within the United States. There is no minimum order value, no threshold to reach, and no shipping surcharge at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 9 to 13 days. During peak periods, holidays, or carrier disruptions, some orders may take up to 15 days. If your order falls outside that window, contact us and we will trace it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first scan after the number is issued. That gap is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Duties and additional charges

There are no customs fees, duties, or additional charges for orders delivered within the United States. The price you pay at checkout is the full price.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us right away and we will correct it if the order has not yet moved.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, email support@torvenn.com with your order number. We will resolve it with you directly.
